Through this five-hour tour you will learn the trading history of Qatar. How pearl divers collected the pearl and the market etc. People used to travel with camel trading caravans to trade Spices, Perfumes, and dry nuts etc. via land and sea. We will visit Souq Waqif, also known as Irani Souq; inside you will find a spice market, perfume market, craft area and restaurants. Also we will visit the first restaurant and hotel in Qatar founded by a South Indian man. After that we will visit the first electrified city in Qatar, Mushairib downtown there we can see the traditional houses also as museum. Where the pearl diving workers used to stay and traditional Qatari houses. In Mushairib we can see the first office of Anglo-Persian oil company and can see the history of Oil in Qatar. Also, should have a Dhow boat ride these boats are used for pearl diving in Arabian sea. Lastly, we will visit MIA or FANAR to know the Islamic history of Qatar.
